Rishikesh is well connected via Rail and Bus from almost all cities of India. One You are at rishikesh you can hire a taxi from Rishikesh Railway Station or Bus Stand or You can also hire a Scooty or Bike as per your convince which is easily available at almost everywhere in rishikesh. If you are driving by your personal vehicle then you have to cross ganga river at garudchatti which is aprox 5km from Tapovan/ Lakshman Jahula. Drive another 12km on Neelkanth Road & You will reach. 🙂
