Cancellation Policy:

• In the event of natural calamities, refunds will not be provided.
• For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before check-in, a 30% refund of the total amount paid will be issued.
• Cancellations between 20 and 15 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total paid amount.
• Cancellations made 20 days before check-in will result in a full 100% refund of the total paid amount. Additionally, if a trip is canceled on the booking date, a service charge of INR 500 per person will be applicable, along with the relevant cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the date of cancellation.

Confirmation Policy:

• To confirm your booking, a minimum advance deposit of 50% per person is required, with the remaining amount payable in cash, via Paytm, or online during check-in at the camp.
• Booking can be made online via NEFT or PAYUMONEY. Upon payment completion, you will receive all necessary details, including the address, contact person, final payment information, and location via email.

Please Note:

• The specified price does not apply during long weekends or festival seasons.
• Booking confirmations will be emailed within 3 hours of payment, with additional updates provided via phone.

Child Policy:

• Children aged 5 to 10 years can stay with parents at 50% of the applicable adult charges.
• Children below 5 years can stay with parents free of charge.

Important:

• Guests must settle their bills during check-in, as payments are not accepted during checkout.
• Transportation is not included in the package.
• Seating availability is subject to booking.
• Prices are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected activities.
• Any changes to the booking will be subject to the terms and conditions of the selected activities.

• Alcohol is not served at the resort. Guests may consume their own alcohol within designated areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• The use of narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or any other banned substances is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are not allowed to carry arms or ammunition within the resort premises.
• In-room service is not provided, and consumption of food, beverages, or smoking inside the cottages is prohibited.
• Guests are liable for any damages caused to resort infrastructure, utilities, or materials, and must settle such damages on the spot.
• Ankit Rawat & Management reserves the right to accept, decline, or modify bookings at any time without obligations.
• Guests are advised of network connectivity issues in Uttarakhand and are recommended to use Vodafone or BSNL networks.
• The management will not be held responsible for unforeseen events such as weather changes, and refunds will not be provided for such circumstances.
