Cancellation Policy:
In cases of natural disasters, refunds will not be issued. Cancellations between 15 to 7 days before check-in will receive a 30% refund, while cancellations made between 20 to 15 days prior will get a 50% refund. Full refunds are available for cancellations made 20 days before check-in. Same-day cancellations incur a service charge of INR 500 per person.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the cancellation date.
Confirmation Policy:
A 50% advance deposit per person is required to confirm bookings, with the balance payable during check-in. Booking options include online via NEFT or PAYUMONEY. Booking confirmations and necessary details will be emailed within 3 hours of payment.
Child Policy:
Children aged 5 to 10 stay at 50% of adult charges, while those below 5 stay free of charge.

Settle bills during check-in. Transportation, seating availability, and prices are subject to terms and conditions. Ankit Rawat reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice. Alcohol is not served; guests may bring their own. Narcotics and smoking are prohibited. Damages must be settled on-site. Management may modify bookings at any time. Guests are advised on network issues. Management is not liable for weather changes.
