Major Action Against Goldy Brar Gang Hiding in Canada, Punjab Police Nabs 12 Associates

Amid tensions between India and Canada, the Punjab police have achieved a major success in Firozpur. On Thursday, the police launched raids at 44 locations in Punjab against the Goldy Brar gang. Goldy Barad is currently based in Canada. The police have arrested 12 of his associates.

According to sources, three individuals have been apprehended from Bajidpur village, and they were found in possession of two pistols and six cartridges. SSP Deepak Hilori mentioned that they received information about the hideout of gangster Goldy Barad’s associates in Firozpur. Multiple police teams were formed for the operation, including officers with ASP, DSP, and SHO ranks. In a coordinated effort, the police conducted raids at 44 locations, apprehending 12 individuals, along with weapons. They are currently being interrogated.

According to intelligence sources, the police have apprehended three individuals from Bajidpur village, including Sajan, Baljinder Kumar, and Samuel. They were allegedly planning a major incident. The arrested suspects were found in possession of two pistols and six cartridges. These individuals were hiding at Baljinder’s residence, planning a violent incident. It is worth noting that a Khalistan supporter, Sukh Dhak, was killed in Canada, leading to deteriorating conditions in the region. Now, Punjab police are on a mission to locate approximately a thousand associates of Goldy Barad hiding in Punjab, with alerts issued across the state and police conducting raids at various locations.
