Coal Mine Blast in China Claims 11 Lives

A severe explosion occurred in a coal mine in the mountainous province of Shanxi, China, resulting in the death of 11 individuals. According to media reports, the explosion took place near the city of Yanan, around 8:26 PM on Monday, in the Jinta Coal Mine. About 90 people were in the mine at the time of the explosion.

After the blast, nine individuals were trapped inside and lost their lives. Two seriously injured individuals lost their lives before reaching the hospital.
