Another Arrest Made in Nuh Violence Case, Suspect Injured in Police Encounter

Haryana’s Nuh Police have achieved another significant success. Another accused involved in the Nuh violence has been arrested by the police after a confrontation. The suspect has sustained a gunshot wound in his leg and has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

According to sources, a team led by Inspector Vimal, Cyber Crime Station In-charge at Nuh, apprehended the accused named Osama, also known as Pahalwan, a resident of Firozpur Namak in Nuh district. The arrest was made after a police encounter.

The accused was injured by a police bullet during the confrontation. He was admitted to Nalhad Medical Hospital for medical treatment. The accused had been wanted by the police. During his arrest, an illegal country-made pistol, an empty cartridge, and a motorcycle were recovered from him.

The police arrested the suspect near the Ujeena Canal Bridge. He was on his way from the village Firozpur Namak to Ali Mev.

Five More Arrested in Connection with Nuh Violence, Total 285 Detained So Far

The Nuh Police have been continuously making arrests to apprehend those involved in the Nuh violence. Multiple police teams are working to identify the accused. In this series, the Nuh Police have successfully arrested five more suspects. So far, the Nuh Police have arrested 285 people in connection with the violence in the Braj Mandal area.

Furthermore, the Cyber Crime Police Station has also registered FIRs against 12 individuals for spreading rumors on social media, out of which one has been arrested. The police captain has stated that there will be increased surveillance and vigilance on social media platforms. Some individuals are still posting incorrect information and making inappropriate comments. It is necessary to pay attention to this issue, as social media has previously been the cause of disturbances.

To apprehend the accused involved in this violence, the police have formed eight teams led by senior officers. These teams are conducting raids to identify the suspects. Additionally, an SIT (Special Investigation Team) led by three DSP-level officers has been formed in the district to investigate the case.
