Helping a Travel Website for tragetting Multiple keywords on a Single page

I had seen many webmasters as well as some SEO Consultants confused about How to target there Web Page for Multiple terms … lets take an example … This guy contacted me last night for his Travel Website … Hotels Near Delhi.

This Guy was confused and wanted to target some Multiple Keywords for his page:
Hill Station Around Delhi

He wanted to target the below keywords:

  1. Hill Station
  2. Hill Station India
  3. Hill Station Near Delhi
  4. Hill Station Around Delhi
  5. Hill Stations Around Delhi
  6. Hill Stations Near Delhi

This was not strange for me to see his title tag :

Hill Station, Hill Station India, Hill Station Near Delhi, Hill Station Around Delhi, Hill Stations Near Delhi, Hill Stations Around Delhi

And his Description Tag:

Hill Station, Hill Station India, Hill Station Near Delhi, Hill Station Around Delhi, Hill Stations Near Delhi, Hill Stations Around Delhi

Here are the 5 suggestions i suggested him !!

  1. Make your title tag: “Hill Stations – India, Near Delhi, Around Delhi”.
  2. Title is not everything Add some more content on the web page .. as right now the page seems a Link farm to me.
  3. Add a attractive Meta Description to attract visitors from Google.
  4. Apply H1 Tag for “Hill Stations – India, Near Delhi, Around Delhi”.
  5. Apply H2 tag for “List of various Hill Stations and Trousit Places in India and Around Delhi”.

I wish this will help all the readers out there in Understanding .. how to optimize a page with multiple keywords … Remember … the title tag this guy was using was Good for SEO in late 90′s … and right now we are living in 20′s… So its a decade now !!
