Google is verifying its local search results
July 19 | Posted by Ankit | SEOI got ranked #1 for Search Engine Optimization Delhi and wrote how to rank for local search at google. The time i made that posting there were 10 Results from Local now there is just one result thats me .. is it because they are removing the listings they are not able to contact ?
Just Got a Call from Google regarding the Verification of my Business and they asked me if i have more Numbers to be displayed into my listings.
They assured me about updating the list within next few weeks. I think this is a very good idea about verifying the listings at Local Search Results and providing the Quality for the searchers.
So i believe having a valid phone number and postal address is very much important if u want to rank high with Google Local Search.
