Google Going To Do Some Changes In Its Design Of Search Listing Pages ?

I was browsing DP and there was a thread .. where someone noticed strange blog image in front of a blog while searching for its name (ego search).
Search Google for zoho blog.
I performed some different query to check if its new feature but was not able to figure it out with any other search. However I saw something different.

If anyone have more info about this let me know !! However at the same time I will try to find out the reason for this and will update this post later !! It might be possible Google is testing something similar to Curl.com.
