Google Showing Personalized Results ?
Friday, October 29th, 2010 |Looks like Google is showing personalized results based on IP and Chrome History. Nyone noticed something similar ??
I have couple of examples where I can prove different results from My Home and Office System …. both working on BSNL backbone.
Just saw a post from berry about some bugs ….. but still if its a bug it is something we have to worry about!!
To prove my point, I’ll update some examples by tommorow morning.
Google More Serious About Local Information ?
Friday, October 29th, 2010 |Yesterday, Google Officially announced about Place Search. I have already reported about this in my previous post.
So, Now on Google may show a map above the AdWords ads on the right, and then automatically include some local results within the organic results. Plus, they added a “Places” link on the left hand navigation bar in Google’s search results.
Local Optimizers are really happy with this move but Adword Users are quite unhappy with this move.
Personally, I’m not happy with this .

Blogspot.com Post Not Getting Indexed in Google ?
Sunday, October 24th, 2010 |Just came across this thread, Looks like a bug either on the Blogger side or on the GoogleBot side.
As a result bloggers from all over the world are facing a strange problem of not getting there post indexed in google!
According to JohnMu at Google Webmaster Help Forums:
“Thanks for posting about this issue. We’ve been tracking and reviewing these reports and have passed your feedback on to the teams to review. I’ll check through these specific sites mentioned here and post back as I know more. Feel free to post more examples if you feel they aren’t similar to previously mentioned ones.”

Check this above image it have 2 sites with New kind of site links on the same page. (Hostgator and Webhosting Geeks).
I think this is no more in the process of testing and looks like its pushed to almost all the DC … as I have checked this using some Proxies and other machines and this remains same with all of them … So ru able to see them ?
