$100 In Free Links From Text Link Ads!

So i noticed this on seroundtable.com seems like they are involved in selling links which pass link juice !! On the left hand they have a section “Sponsored Links” there are nearly 23 links placed and Just one link is nofollow !!

    I agree that you don’t hide links but don’t u think that it might harm your Google rankings ?
