META name=”y_key”?

Got a mail from someone asking what is Y_key Meta tag i’m using in my website header tag…

Well Yahoo also have a service like Google Webmaster Tool called Yahoo ! Site Explorer !! This allows you to get stats on your website, etc.

After you will set up an account with Yahoo! Site Explorer you will get a code for the meta tag.

Like i have one:
<meta name="y_key" content="bbc8fe07cb607cd7" />

    Does this help on getting our site serp higher on Yahoo ??? or crawling of yahoo on our site gets better ?

    let me know if u wud have noticed something like that ;)
